Vision ZL7432US In-Wall Z-Wave Micro Switch, 2 relay

Every Vision in-wall switch also acts as a signal repeater. This is a Z-Wave enabled device (inter-operable, two-way RF mesh networking technology) and it is fully compatible with any Z-Wave certified equipment (keep in mind that some 'controllers ' advertised as z-wave don't support existing z-wave devices, especially any kind of alarm systems ) Features Super Mini Size: 32 x 38 x 22 mm Built-in Signal Repeater Full Z-Wave Compatibility Specifications Frequency Range: 908.42MHz (ZL7432US) Operating Range: Up to 100 feet line of sight Operating Temperature: -15°C~ 60°C (5°F~140°F) Operating Voltage: 90VAC~265VAC

  • Vision In Wall Switch sends On/Off commands to the appliance that it is connected to by receiving Z-Wave signals from the controller. You will be able to turn the appliance on and off manually with a wall switch as well.
  • Simply connect the device to your existing wall switch, following the steps in instruction manual - included in the box . If you’d like to associate the switch with other Z-Wave speaking products in your network, make sure it is properly registered by the controller or Z-Wave hub.
  • Extremely small factor - fits all existing double gang box.Save space and money, now you can use one z-wave device for 2 different switches in the same box !
  • Designed to work with regular light switch. THIS IS NOT MOTOR CONTROLLER. Ceiling fans and other motors require DIFFERENT device to control . Incorrect device usage void the warranty. Returning it as defective in this case is Amazon return policy violation and may affect your buyer account.
  • Report status ON/OFF to the controller ( first switch ONLY ).By extending the network’s range, it creates more transmission routes which help eliminate “RF dead-spots”.

This is identical to the Monprice 11990, which is no longer for sale.

WARNING Although this is listed as compatible, it has caused issues in the past. The issues seem to have been cleared out in recent updates, but make sure you are able to return these before you buys them.

  1. Although I do my best to verify every product that is reported as compatible, things do change.
    • Firmware updates to either hub might render previously-compatible devices inoperable. Usually, problems like this are reported and addressed by Wink.
  2. Inclusion in this Wiki is a very good indicator of compatibility, but is not a guarantee.
    • One thing to be aware of is that "ZWave Plus" devices might not work with the Wink Hub (1st version), though they should work with the Wink Hub 2.
  3. I use a Wink Hub 2 as my primary controller.
    • My testing is done on the Wink Hub 2.
    • I try to find out if devices reported by others are Hub 1 or Hub 2, but I'm not always able to find out.
  4. I am a beta tester.
    • This means my hub might work with a device that won't work for the general public.
    • I try to avoid adding article for devices that are only compatible with the Wink beta firmware, but sometimes, something slips through.
    • If I report that it works, but it does not work for you, chances are it will start working for you in the near future.
